🚀 Excited to share my latest architectural project: Echoes of Sugar Hill!

This 7-story mixed-use building is designed for modern family living, with a respectful nod to the historic charm of Harlem’s Sugar Hill neighborhood in NYC.

Echoes of Sugar Hill balances functionality and aesthetics, offering upper-middle-class families spacious apartments with family-friendly layouts, communal spaces, and sustainable design features. The ground floor, with its brick and glass facade, includes community-oriented retail space and a welcoming residential lobby, creating a bridge between private living and neighborhood engagement.

This project challenged me to integrate NYC’s zoning and code requirements with innovative design solutions, all while preserving Harlem’s cultural legacy.
